Well, I must say that I think you should wait for your Photoshop to be fixed.
Even if this had a background, it wouldn't be accepted because you used
screenshots. Screenshots aren't allowed unless they're vectored.
No no, you pick a movie and then, using anime scans, make a wallpaper out of
it.
Example:
Movie - Broke Back Mountain
Wallpaper made - BrokeBack
Geass [Yup...I'm not kidding] by Kitten
Get it? You pick some scans to make an anime version of a Hollywood movie.
You cannot make a wallpaper about an anime movie because that would be too easy
(people would just vector a screencap).

They weren't coming out though, but they needed to be removed (plus two other
ones, so I had a total of 6 teeth permanently removed) so that my pallet could
be widened which in turn would allow my braces to make my teeth all
straight.
I was drugged, but wasn't knocked out. Like, I don't remember the actual
operation, but I remember the needle, the pill and at one point my nose was
itchy but I couldn't raise my arms to scratch it so the nurse had to do it for
me
So I definitely was awake.
Didn't have any pain at all afterwards (didn't need any pills or anything), but
I had these two huge green-ish yellow marks on each side of my jaw which made it
look like someone had punched me on both sides of my face. I was told that it
was because I didn't bleed enough during the operation or something
If you had bothered to read the policy, you would have known that your wallpaper
background was just a filter, and that any wallpaper with practically no
description gets deleted right away. It doesn't help that there's some random
site signature at the bottom that doesn't match your username or any link on
your userpage.
There's nothing wrong with it.
Also, if you wanted opinions on your vector, you should have posted this thread before submitting the vector.
